Our caseworkers have a range of interests and teaching experience including specialists in the primary and secondary sectors, senior leadership, middle management, student teachers and NQT mentoring.
If you need help, support or advice, please follow the steps below:
1. Member to make initial contact with NEU Swansea Helpline by telephone. Please leave a voicemail and someone will get back to you within 48 working hours. Please be advised that our caseworkers have teaching and family commitments and may not be able to answer calls or respond to emails immediately. Officers do not work during holiday periods and weekends. If there is an emergency, please contact the NEU Cymru Office.

3. Your form will be reviewed and you will be allocated a caseworker.
4. Your caseworker will make contact with you. Your caseworker will aim to contact you via telephone/email within 48 hours.
